Article 1

Fields of application and modification of the general terms of sale

The present general conditions of sale (hereinafter the „General Conditions“) apply to the relations between Web foodies Sarl and any person placing an order on www.soysauce.ch (hereafter: the „Customer“ or the „Customers“). Web foodies Sarl reserves the possibility to adapt or modify the general conditions at any time, which will be immediately applicable to any new order. At each order, the Customer must confirm to have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions. The latter thus apply to all orders placed by the Customer (hereinafter: the „order“). Any special conditions mentioned on the site „soysauce.ch“ (hereinafter: the „Website“) depending on the products displayed are an integral part of the general Terms and Conditions. In case of discrepancy between the special conditions and the general conditions, the special conditions prevail.

Article 2

Products mentioned on the website and customer orders

The products visible on the website and in real time state as posted on the website are purely indicative and do not constitute offers on the part of the website, in particular, the photos on the website are Not contractual.
All information provided on the Website (product descriptions, illustrations and photos, films, dimensions, weights, technical specifications, accessories and other data) are provided for information only and are in no way a formal guarantee of these characteristics. The website also assumes no responsibility for the content of external Web pages.
On the basis of this non-contractual information, the Customer can place an order for the displayed product (s), this exclusively by the procedure provided by the Website and respecting the order conditions provided on the Website.
Any order, once finalized according to the ordering process available on the Website, constitutes the Customer’s proof of purchase of the product displayed on the Website, under the conditions indicated on the Website.
For each order, the customer must indicate an e-mail address to which all communications from the website will be sent in connection with the order. It is the responsibility of the Customer to maintain this address and to take cognizance of the emails sent by the Website. Any information sent by the Website to the email address indicated by the Customer will be considered received by the Customer the day after the sending. The risks of transmission and routing of e-mails are borne by the Customer.
The Customer can indicate to the Website within 72 hours of the order a possible change of delivery address. The latter will, however, be taken into account only in a situation that the order has not yet been sent to the Customer. Otherwise, it will be up to the Customer to take the appropriate measures to receive the order at the delivery address indicated at the time of the order.

Article 3

Validation of orders – firm and non-cancellable orders

To place an order, the Client must be a major (18 years old) and not be under guardianship or curatorship. The customer ensures that all the information transmitted is in conformity with the reality and responds accordingly to the website for any damage related to inaccurate indications.
The order placed by the Customer pursuant to Article 2 above constitutes a firm and definitive offer to purchase the product indicated as available on the Website. Once definitively validated by the customer, this order cannot be withdrawn until the customer receives the decision of acceptance or refusal of Web foodies Sarl.
Web foodies Sarl will be free to accept or refuse, without stating the reasons, any order of a customer. The Website will communicate its decision of acceptance by an email sent to the address indicated by the Customer in his order (order confirmation).

Article 4


The Website reserves the right to change prices at any time, but agrees to apply the rates displayed at the time of order.
The prices quoted are expressed in Swiss francs and include all taxes (recycling SWICO, VAT). The Customer will also have to pay delivery charges, which are indicated on the order form.
The prices indicated are valid only in the territories of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Article 5

Payment in advance and security

The customer’s offer to order a product on the website implies an advance settlement of the amount of the order and charges by credit card or postal (Visa, Mastercard and postcard debit direct only).
Payment of the advance is made on the secure banking or postal servers of the partners of Web Foodies Sarl, as proposed on the Website. This implies that no banking or postal information concerning the Customer is stored on the Website. Payment by credit card or postcard is perfectly secure.
The order will be registered and validated upon acceptance of payment by the payment system chosen by the Customer. The order will be validated and the card debited at the time of registration of the order automatically.
The Customer must imperatively complete the registration form which is proposed on the Website, before being able to validate an order. The Customer’s credit card or Postcard details are encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and never pass unencrypted over the network. Payment of the advance is made directly to the bank or Post Office. The card number is not sent to Web Foodies Sarl. The risk of a malfunction of the payment system is borne by the customer.

Article 6

Terms of delivery and delivery dateline

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer in the order. The risks associated with sending the goods to the Customer (risk of loss, destruction, wrong delivery address, etc.) are supported by the Customer upon delivery by Web Foodies Sarl of the goods to the carrier designated by Web Foodies Sarl. In case of error in the wording of the recipient’s contact information, Web Foodies Sarl cannot be held responsible for the impossibility to deliver the product.
The costs inherent to the return of an unclaimed parcel and the possible forwarding are the responsibility of the Customer. Before any redirection, Web Foodies Sarl can ask the Customer to pay beforehand the related expenses.
In the case of an unclaimed package, Web Foodies Sarl cannot be held responsible, including the case where the post does not file a notice of passage. The costs of return and the risks inherent in this transport are the responsibility of the Customer.
In case of return of the parcel to the premises of Web foodies Sarl due to an impossibility of delivery of the latter (post deadlines exceeded, erroneous recipient address,… etc), the customer is automatically notified by an email sent to the email address indicated in the order. Without any news on the part of the customer within 1 month after sending the email, Web foodies Sarl reserves the right to cancel the order. In such a case, the Website is freed from its obligation to deliver the goods and the advance paid by the Customer to Web Foodies Sarl at the time of his order will be retained by Web Foodies Sarl as conventional damages, this is to balance all accounts and any claims for the order in question.
The delivery is carried out by the services of the Post office or by one of the forwarding agents chosen by Web Foodies Sarl.
Any item available is in principle dispatched within 5 working days (weekends and holidays are excluded from the deadline). The time limits indicated are average deadlines and correspond to the processing, preparation and dispatch times of all orders (warehouses exit).
In the event that Web foodies Sàrl is unable to deliver the ordered merchandise within 10 days (warehouse date), the customer may cancel the order by e-mail or by letter addressed to the customer service of the website mentioning the Order references. This cancellation will be taken into account as long as it reaches the website 24 hours before the delivery of the goods ordered to the carrier designated by Web foodies Sarl. Otherwise, the order cannot be canceled. The cancellation must also reach the Website before the deadline of 40 days after the order.
In case of valid cancellation, the advance paid by the Customer to the order will be refunded to him for the balance of all accounts and all claims. The Customer may not in any way claim from Web Foodies Sarl additional damages and / or interests, his claims being limited exclusively to the full refund of the advance paid.
The website is also entitled to cancel an order that has been accepted, without the need to indicate the reasons to the customer. In such a case, the Client’s claims to the website are limited to the return of the advance paid, excluding any damages and/or interest.

Article 7


The website disclaims any responsibility in case of improper use or consumption of products sold.
The Customer is also responsible for the nature of the product he consumes and it is his responsibility also to moderate his consumption according to his own state of health.

Article 8

Data protection

By registering on the website, the customer expressly agrees to receive information of advertisements or other nature on the part of the website. The customer can unsubscribe at any time, easily and free of charge, following the instructions contained in each of the messages he receives from the website, or by contacting the customer Service of the website.
The Website does not transmit personal data to third parties only insofar as they are essential for the proper execution of the order.
The Website reserves the right to analyze all data collected and to use information about the purchasing behavior in an anonymous form for commercial purposes.
The Website is entitled to delete from its computer files at any time a registered Customer, that is to say, to cancel his registration, with immediate effect, without having to justify his decision, without notifying the client and the registered customer in question cannot make any claim to the company. This is particularly true for registered Customers who violate these terms and conditions.
Excluded Registered Customers are not permitted to re-register as Clients on the Website, whether under their own name or otherwise, without the prior consent of Web Foodies Sarl.

Article 10

Applicable law and jurisdiction

This contract, as well as the sales organized by the Website, are governed by Swiss law. In case of dispute, the place of jurisdiction is Lausanne exclusively, the legal remedies being reserved.
